This site is run by Alexander Owens LLC, a Florida limited liability company. This policy explains what I collect, why, and who else touches it. It’s short because the business is small and I don’t do anything clever with your data.
When you opt in for something free — your name and email address, and if you came in through an Instagram comment or DM, the fact that you did.
When you book a Clarity Call — your name, email address and phone number, plus your answers to six intake questions about your work, your channel idea and what’s been stopping you.
When you pay — the payment is handled by Stripe. I receive a confirmation and the last four digits of the card. I never receive or store your full card number.
Automatically — standard web server information such as IP address, browser and pages visited, and whether you opened or clicked an email I sent you.
I don’t ask for and don’t want anything sensitive — no government ID numbers, no health information, no financial account details.
To deliver what you asked for, to prepare properly for your call, to send you the emails you signed up for, and to keep basic records of who bought what.
I don’t sell your information and I don’t share it for anyone else’s marketing. It reaches these service providers because they run parts of the business:

If you opt in, I’ll email you. Every email has an unsubscribe link and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. I don’t send text messages.
This site uses cookies to keep it working and to remember you between pages. You can block cookies in your browser; parts of the site may stop behaving properly if you do.
Contact records and intake answers stay on file while you’re a customer or subscriber, and for a reasonable period afterwards so I have a record of what was bought and delivered. Ask me to delete your information and I will, apart from anything I have to keep for tax or accounting purposes.
You can unsubscribe from email at any time, and you can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email [email protected] and I’ll deal with it myself.
This site isn’t for anyone under 18 and I don’t knowingly collect information from children.
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
