You can reschedule or cancel your Clarity Call at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. The links are in your confirmation email.
Cancel 24 or more hours ahead and you get a full refund to the card you paid with.
If you don’t show and haven’t cancelled, the session counts as used — the time was held for you and nobody else could book it. Email me anyway. If something genuinely came up, I’ll reschedule you once as a courtesy.
If you attend your Clarity Call and don’t feel it was worth $97, email me within 7 days of the call and I’ll refund you in full. You don’t have to explain yourself and there’s no form to fill in. You keep the plan.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Most arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
